Job Description
The Radiology Technologist is a part-time position on-site at Cincinnati, OH, serving as a diagnostic radiologist. This role involves performing radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable examinations in various areas, including the surgical department and on-call duties. The position requires vigilance in radiation safety, equipment maintenance, and teamwork with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- 95% of films are satisfactory as measured by repeat rate.
- Ability to perform all listed exams without assistance.
- Technical knowledge of radiography, fluoroscopy, portable systems, and GU equipment.
- Knowledge of the front desk operations and computer systems.
- Equipment problem resolution via call to the clinical engineering department.
- Confidentiality and records access, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
