Job Description
Supervisors organize schedules and assign work activity. Perform or acquire training to ensure that associates have the required skills needed to perform daily tasks. Oversee and coordinate the maintenance associates that maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other facilities repairs and building systems.
Requirements
- Manages and directs daily maintenance activities of the hospital and property maintenance teams
- Responsible for programming cost codes, locations, and new equipment inventory
- Collects and reviews testing and other PM reports
- Maintains blank PO spreadsheets and follows up with vendors
- Performs payroll in report express
- Updates monthly boiler operation logs for EPA and generator logs for JCAHO
- Fill out employee evaluations and interview for open positions
- Coordinate training and assist with capital repair budgets
- Responsible for fire and life safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Maintain monthly Chlorine sampling sheet for the enterprise
- Coordinate meetings with other departments and consultants
- Perform MSD annual audits with MSD
