Job Description
The TCHP Coding Educator educates and supports physicians and coders in accurate clinical documentation and coding practices, interpreting patient medical records and promoting regulatory compliance for reimbursement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
- CCS or CCS-P credential a plus
- 2-3 years of experience in coding education or quality improvement
