Job Description
We are looking for a Head Chef to manage a small kitchen in a new opening in West Brompton. The ideal candidate will be a great leader, have a passion for great ingredients and cooking with the seasons, and be able to motivate a small team.
Requirements
- Experience managing and motivating a small team
- Ability to manage kitchen operations, including ordering, rotas, wage cost, GP, and health and safety
- Experience with FnB manager and Fourth (or willingness to learn)
