Childcare Coordinator

The Childcare Coordinator position is a part-time role responsible for building a community that glorifies God by leading the next generation to surrender their lives to Jesus. The role involves keeping inventory of childcare supplies, assigning childcare team members, and ensuring the cleanliness of the campus childcare space.

Requirements

• Keep inventory of childcare supplies
• Assign childcare team members
• Ensure cleanliness of campus childcare space
• Discipleship of Childcare team members
• Train new childcare team members
• Work closely with the Campus Kids Minister
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Adapt to change and have a 'go first' attitude
• Strong proactive communication skills and comfortable with positive conflict resolution
• Ability to develop priorities regarding caring for children
