Agile Product Management Advisor - HIH - Evernorth

The Agile Product Management Advisor will facilitate the delivery of technology solutions for a defined group of capabilities or products within the Contact Center domain. They will partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and software engineering team on initiatives that support Cigna’s strategic goals centered on providing the best customer experience.

Requirements

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to initiate new business initiatives and define product needs
• Builds trusted relationships with business and technology partners
• Assists with key stakeholder negotiations
• Collaborates with business and technology product owners/stakeholders to onboard new initiatives
• Maintains and refines the inflow of work to the team (product backlog)
• Define the product vision and roadmap
• Be an advocate for user needs and feedback
• Manage the product development lifecycle
