This role provides essential support to the credit control operations for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) portfolio, with responsibility for managing mailbox activity, processing cash allocations, posting receipts, and responding to Statement of Account (SOA) requests.
Requirements
- Manage incoming communication through the centralised mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses, escalating complex or nonâroutine cases as required, and upholding internal service standards.
- Process and deliver all SOA requests for MEA clients with precision and within agreed timelines.
- Arrange and organize receipts daily for MEA clients, ensuring complete documentation and compliance with credit control procedures.
- Perform weekly posting of client receipts in the policy administration system based on the approved cash allocation file.
- Support the Credit Control team through routine followâups, data validation, and adherence to escalation protocols.
