The Cigna Group is hiring two Managers for the Client Account Implementation team. The Manager will lead a team of Implementation Managers, oversee implementations for new and renewing commercial clients, and partner with sales and matrix teams to drive timely, high-quality outcomes.

- Ensure client satisfaction and support sales by collaborating with partners and communicating key updates through dashboards and reports
- Serve as primary escalation contact for operational issues, partnering with internal teams to drive swift, effective resolutions and ensure service excellence
- Partner with Sales on client renewal and retention planning, using market and competitive insights to strengthen team positioning and drive growth across key markets
- Proactively identify, champion, and execute process improvement initiatives to support client growth and retention
