Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years in healthcare industry
- Product experience required
- Strong product development competencies required
- Strong product strategy experience
- Data analysis skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
- Self-starter with strong project management and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities; detail oriented
