Job Description
The Workplace Care Sales Advisor is responsible for driving new business growth for Evernorth Workplace Care solutions by identifying, developing, and closing complex sales opportunities with employers, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in consultative, complex B2B sales (healthcare, benefits, or services preferred)
- Demonstrated success driving net-new business and closing complex sales opportunities
- Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations and influencing without authority
- Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined sales process execution
