Assistant Vice President- Treasury

Citco is seeking a Market Leader for their Treasury Team. This role involves coaching, training, and managing a team to deliver high-quality services to clients. The team works closely with various departments, including Investor Relations, Centre of Excellence, and the Global Treasury Hub, and is responsible for cash flow management, reconciliation, and ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education
• 4 – 7 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably Hedge Fund Administration and / or Client Service with some exposure to accounting and performance reporting
• Experience managing and training staff
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues including Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) policies
• Strong client relationship skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, and conflicting deadlines
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Ability to work independently and understand when to escalate
