Job Description
The Design Manager will lead and manage a Design squad/pod to achieve business objectives within a specific domain/program journey, driving and orchestrating the design activities as well as ensuring design work is delivered on time with high quality that complies with the new Design System.
Requirements
- Lead and manage a Design squad/pod
- Lead the design process from ideation to execution
- Establishing regular check-ins to ensure progress towards business objectives
- Support the team in integrating AI to automate tasks, enhance workflows, and improve the overall design process
- Collaborate with Product, IT, business, and cross-functional team members to solve user needs
