Citco is seeking an Investor Relations Administrator - Private Assets to join their team in Toronto, ON, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a pioneering spirit and be equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Review subscription agreements
- Follow up with investors on missing documentation
- Maintain electronic and physical partner records
- Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned
- Prepare and review of daily and weekly performance releases
- Produce Investor statements and correspondence
- Assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls
