Job Description
Citco is seeking an IT Junior Support Analyst to play a critical role in the It Operations team, focusing on the end-to-end lifecycle management of physical IT assets for Citco. This role will ensure that hardware assets are accurately tracked, maintained, and optimized from procurement through retirement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT Asset Management
- Proven experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Strong understanding of ITAM best practices, asset lifecycle processes, and inventory control
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
