Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, motivated and hands-on Scrum Master to join an agile Program. The Scrum Master will act as the advocate for the delivery process and an Agile coach, removing impediments and enabling the radiation of information within the team and with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, demos, and sprint/release planning
- Work closely with product owner and the scrum team to develop and maintain a project story map
- Measure and continuously improve processes, focusing on time delivery and quality
- Maintain Agile principles and mentor others to understand and follow them
- Possess experience working with teams using continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing
- Utilize strong coaching and mentorship skills to build a collaborative team environment
- Anticipate and address impediments to delivery
- Manage/engage expectations of Senior Management and provide weekly status reports
- Manage/mitigate risks and/or cross-project dependencies (Scrum of Scrums)
- Help break down organizational silos and promote collaboration
