Manager, Fund Accounting - Institutional Services

The Manager, Fund Accounting - Institutional Services will help execute a robust training program, work with cross-functional teams, manage a team of Fund Accountants, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team/individual goals/objectives are met. The role will also involve reviewing monthly financial statements and reconciliation packages, acting as a liaison with clients, and developing solutions for complex problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fund accounting or related field
• Experience in managing a team of Fund Accountants
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
