Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant with good accounting knowledge and experience in property accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or finance, and/or be qualified as a CA, ICWA, or CMA. The role involves posting of journal entries, analysis of general ledger and financial statements, and preparation of work papers.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related area and/or qualified/Semi qualified professionals of CA, ICWA or CMA
- 1-5 years of experience in Accounting, Variance Analysis, Preparation of Financial Statements
- Experience in Property Accounting/RE Accounting preferred
- Strong financial and/or accounting and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc.)
