Citco is seeking a Training.Training Partner to consult with strategic leaders and HR COE's to identify learning needs/gaps and execute learning needs analysis, design and development in line with agreed best-practice standards and processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
