Job Description
Mercator by Citco is seeking a Trust.Legal Officer to assist senior lawyers in providing corporate subsidiary governance services to clients worldwide, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with business partners and clients.
Requirements
- Will act independently and assist senior lawyers
- Prepare and review legal documents
- Perform and/or monitor statutory filings
- Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues
- Maintain data and ensure proper reporting
