The Class Consulting Group is a boutique management consulting firm seeking a Business Consulting Services – Online & Classroom/ CLC Trainer to assist in developing online training plans and content for various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have an MBA-HR with at least 8-10 years of professional experience in Learning and Development, excellent communication and public speaking skills, and proficiency in Learning Management tools (LMS).
Requirements
- MBA-HR with at least 8-10 years of professional experience in Learning and Development
- Excellent communicator, training and public speaking skills
- Familiar with Learning Management tools (LMS)
- Training Certification preferred
- Advanced level of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
