Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of previous working experience in internal communications for large global company
- Amazing influencing and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate in a consumer-oriented way to drive tangible business actions
- Collaborative, network-oriented mindset, curiosity about a wide range of topics and willingness to learn new areas
- Strong ability to work agilely in different teams, both inside and outside the system
- Ability to demonstrate broad expertise in strategic communication plans, experience with stakeholder management, media, public policy, digital or social media, speechwriting or social media skills
- Ability to monitor, understand and anticipate and drive communications for internal audiences
