Job Description
The Director - Flavor Regulatory provides scientific and regulatory leadership to ensure the compliance, governance, and sustainable use of flavors across The Coca-Cola Company’s global portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related discipline; Master’s degree in Food Science, Law, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, with strong preference for experience in the flavor or food and beverage industry.
- Hands-on experience with U.S. TTB flavor/formula requirements preferred.
- Knowledge of kosher and halal requirements, certifying bodies, and global religious certification frameworks preferred.
- Strong understanding of the global flavor regulatory landscape, including key issues affecting the food and beverage industry preferred.
- Experience engaging with and collaborating/leading industry trade organizations (e.g., FEMA, ABA).
