Job Description
The Director, Strategic Growth plays a critical role within the Strategy function, leading the development and activation of priority growth strategies for the Operating Unit. This role translates enterprise and OU ambition into clear, actionable growth opportunities, supports strategic prioritization, and drives cross-functional alignment on where to play and how to win.
Requirements
- 10+ years in strategy, growth strategy, management consulting, commercial planning, or business transformation.
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Strong track record shaping strategic choices and supporting execution governance.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
