Requirements
- Bachelor's/master's in food engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar
- 2–4 years in process development in food or beverages
- Knowledge of pilot plant maintenance and up keeping
- Project Management Skills
- Quality System Management Skills
- Basic microbiological knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills
- Good networking, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Digital literacy
