Job Description
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management - Manufacturing and Warehousing to lead the portfolio of product domains supporting manufacturing operations, storage and warehouse operations, and co-manufacturing enablement. The role will define the long-term product vision for how digital capabilities improve reliability, throughput, inventory readiness, and performance across production and storage networks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in complex operational environments (CPG, retail, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain preferred)
- Experience leading multi-domain product portfolios within a matrixed enterprise
- Demonstrated experience contributing to or maturing a Product Operating Model
- Strong understanding of operational performance metrics (service levels, OTIF, cost optimization, network performance)
- Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and navigate competing priorities
- Ability to operate effectively in environments balancing transformation with business continuity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
