The Senior Director, Shopper Marketing is responsible for bringing brand and portfolio strategies to life at the point of purchase - across stores, shelves, and digital retail environments, with the clear objective of increasing basket/beverage incidence and driving shopper transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required
- 10+ years' progressive experience in marketing, shopper marketing, commercial strategy, customer and channel management within the FMCG/CPG industry.
- Strong in strategy development and thought leadership
- Advanced analytical skills to turn insights into actionable plans and experience with syndicated and proprietary shopper data.
- Rich experience in brand contents creation and agency management
- Understanding of franchise-model economics, retail/customer operations and financials, and the Coca-Cola system.
- Ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects within a matrix organization and influence stakeholders at senior levels.
- Strong influencing leadership, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English and Japanese (business level for both).
