Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or franchise leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, influencing senior leaders, and delivering measurable business impact.
- Deep understanding of the local market, including regulatory frameworks, competitive dynamics, and consumer trends.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, insight generation, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management, with a solid understanding of the CocaâCola system.
