The Collecting Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their London HQ, providing excellent customer service and helping shape and mature their support capabilities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a client services or customer service position
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and effective communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Detail-oriented
- Fluency in Italian, German, Swedish, Dutch, French, Cantonese, or Mandarin (highly desirable)
- Passion for great customer outcomes
- Interest in cars and watches (highly desirable)
