Job Description
The Sales Team Leader will lead a team of Consignment Specialists to meet and exceed revenue and volume targets, developing sales strategies and providing expert-level guidance on market trends and valuation shifts. The role will be based in Paris, France, and involves working closely with Marketing and Operations to enhance the user experience.
Requirements
- Lead and inspire a team of Consignment Specialists
- Conduct weekly 1:1s and quarterly reviews
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Maintain a personal pipeline of high-value consignments
- Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue and acquisition quotas
- Stay ahead of market trends and valuation shifts
- Lead the training for new hires
- Work closely with Marketing and Operations
- Foster a high-energy, collaborative environment
- Provide senior leadership with regular reports
- Identify and advocate for tool or workflow improvements
