Job Description
Case Manager will receive 50% of what is collected from the case management services they provide. Responsibilities include completing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and complying with laws and policies.
Requirements
- Complete all required documentation
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional records
- Comply with all applicable laws, ethical standards, and The Commitment House policies
- Obtain and Maintain Trainings (i.e. TCM, SUD, SMI/Co-Occurring)
- Obtain and Maintain required professional certifications, Supervision, CEU’s and liability insurance
- Set own schedule, provided all requirements are met
- Check in once a day via email, phone and/or physical presence
