Paraprofessional (SY 2025-2026)

Community Day Charter Public School seeks passionate paraprofessionals to work with school teams, providing individualized support to students and helping them demonstrate growth and mastery at grade-level standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Ability to demonstrate skills in collaborative planning and problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility, patience, and a sense of humor
• Knowledge of and experience with developmentally appropriate strategies
