Job Description
Community Day Charter Public School (CDCPS) seeks a passionate School Nurse to work with our school teams renowned for closing the achievement gap. The School Nurse will provide healthcare and first aid to students and staff, promote positive safety practices, and respond to urgent and frequently encountered health issues.
Requirements
- Hold current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or as a Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LPN)
- Bachelors in Nursing or Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited professional nursing program is preferred; Associates in Nursing is required
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
- Experience in health records administration for schools is preferred
