Job Description
Join the Consortium as an Adult Outpatient Mental Health Professional to provide assessments, individual, family, and/or group counseling, and outreach to individuals. Develop and maintain clinical records and complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other documents in accordance with agency, managed care, and licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a Mental Health field
- Three to five years of related experience
- Licensure as LCSW or LPC preferred
- Knowledge of BTI Database software, Internet software, and MS Word Processing software
- CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders (MH/MR or MH/DA)
