Job Description
CEGIS is looking for a Head of Outcome Measurement to lead the design and deployment of data-driven governance solutions across multiple states and union ministries.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Public Policy, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 15–20 years of progressive experience in areas such as research, monitoring and evaluation, consulting, with 8+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong command of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, with the ability to assess rigor and applicability.
- Past experience with data analytics tools like R/Stata/Python, and visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau, or equivalent.
