Program Manager - Strategy & Partnerships

The Convergence Foundation is looking for a Program Manager - Strategy & Partnerships to join its Partnerships team, working closely with the philanthropic partnerships and government engagement teams to support the strategy, operations, and execution of TCFs external partnerships.

• Advanced degrees from top-tier institutions
• 3-6+ years of experience in a high-growth or demanding environment
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organisational skills
• Clear, concise, and analytical writing style
• Strong communicator with polished interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
