Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Analyst to support our mission of building a future-ready workforce through data-driven insights and research. The candidate will contribute to the development and curation of knowledge products on key development sectors such as skilling, education, and employability.

Requirements

• Collect, clean, and analyze workforce and labor market data from public and private sources.
• Support survey and interview design for primary and secondary research.
• Develop dashboards, charts, and infographics to reveal talent-market trends and gaps.
• Conduct desk research and consultations to track sectoral hiring, role requirements, and skilling needs, especially in high-growth industries.
• Help produce sectoral workforce reports and periodic talent-market mapping outputs.
• Prepare policy briefs, presentations, and research reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide analytical and organizational support in multi-stakeholder forums, workshops, and meetings.
