Job Description
Join The Cook & Boardman Group as a Service Coordinator and build your career where you matter. The position is primarily responsible for taking incoming service requests and coordinating the flow of information between customers and service staff.
Requirements
- Prioritizing, scheduling and dispatching service staff;
- Ordering and expediting all required parts;
- Reviewing resolved service tickets upon completion of work;
- Verification of time entries/GPS logs;
- Replenishing stock able products and accountability;
- Assistance with the development, implementation and documentation of Service Department processes.
