A La Carte Sous Chef
2+ years of experience in high-volume production, proficiency in butchery, meat, and fish fabrication, and ServSafe certification required
Service Manager
5 years of experience in fine dining or catering, Bachelor's degree preferred, excellent organizational skills and communication
