Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

Employees of the maintenance team are responsible for ensuring that all machinery, equipment, and facilities are in good working conditions to support uninterrupted production operations.

What You Will Do

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facilities, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, maintain and organize maintenance records and logs, install and set up new machinery or equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
