Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role supports continuous manufacturing by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtime.

What You Will Do

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and support continuous operations, document maintenance activities, test results, and non-conformances in maintenance systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment
• Ability to follow instructions, document work performed, and work effectively in a team
