Job Description
A transition job coach works with students 1:1 and in small groups to support them in independent living skills, social skills, and job training. The job coach provides guidance and support at the Cove Career Center and in the community, including at work sites.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Illinois Substitute License or Professional Educator License preferred
