Job Description
We are seeking a Shield Line Operator to join our production facility in Starkville. This is an essential role for someone who takes pride in quality control, machine operation, and maintaining a high standard of work in an industrial setting.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Comfortable using hand tools and measurement instruments; capable of performing basic math.
- Proven ability to follow detailed instructions, meet strict deadlines, and work well within a team.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts, frequently bend, twist, squat, and reach, and safely lift up to 45 lbs.
