Job Description
We are seeking a Take-Up Operator III to join our production team in Starkville. This is a vital, hands-on role where your attention to detail directly impacts the quality of our power cable products. Requirements
- Precision Operations: Manage the loading and changing of cable reels, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the production run.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections, measure cable diameters, and verify that products meet high quality standards before they move to the next stage.
- Production Excellence: Interpret Bill of Materials (BOM) orders to configure equipment, manage labeling (printing and crimping), and ensure all materials are prepared accurately.
- Support & Collaboration: Assist the machine operator with changeovers, maintain organized work areas using 5S principles, and accurately input data into production software.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety, quality, and ISO standards, including the proper handling of raw materials and hazardous waste.
