Requirements

• Proven experience operating modern farm machinery (minimum 3 years)
• Confident and safe livestock handling experience
• Full UK driving licence (Category F/tractor)
• Mechanical understanding with the ability to carry out basic maintenance
• Ability to use digital tools (PCs and smartphones)
• Strong awareness of land-based health and safety practices
• Safety-focused, reliable, adaptable and able to work collaboratively
