The Consumer Insights & Analytics Specialist plays a critical role in equipping all departments with timely, accurate, and actionable data to inform strategic decisions across product launches, campaign execution, demand forecasting, and long-term growth planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, consumer insights, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Ability to responsibly and effectively incorporate AI tools into data analysis and workflow optimization.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
