The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the growth and profitability of assigned profit centers through operational efficiency and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Develop annual sales activity goals in collaboration with operations manager, branch manager, account manager, and project manager
• Review various reports to ensure accuracy, profitability, and compliance
• Facilitate employee development, support professional growth, and ensure employee access and completion of ongoing training
