Stormwater Project Manager | South Bend, IN

Stormwater Project Manager is seeking a motivated Stormwater Project Manager to support and expand stormwater compliance services throughout Northern Indiana & Southwest Michigan. This role is a strategic growth position focused on pursuing new stormwater and NPDES compliance opportunities, supporting existing & new clients, and integrating compliance services into active construction, maintenance, and restoration projects.

Requirements

• Perform NPDES stormwater compliance inspections and reporting
• Conduct, manage, and audit Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs)
• Review construction plans to ensure ESC measures are effective
• Support NPDES permitting compliance and coordination
• Serve as a client-facing representative for stormwater and NPDES compliance services
• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and operations staff
• Integrate stormwater and NPDES compliance services into existing projects
• Prepare inspection reports and compliance logs
• Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies
