UAM Pole Technician

The UAM Pole Technician 1 is responsible for conducting inspections to assess utility structures and determine the need for treatment and restoration. This role also encompasses pole restoration tasks, such as installing steel trusses to reinforce the structural integrity of utility poles.

Requirements

• High school degree
• 1 year of experience in electrical construction, transmission line maintenance, or a related field
• Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and perform strenuous physical activities
• Ability to work in a team environment and mentor new employees
• Willingness to travel extensively (75-100%) as required by project demands
