Requirements
- DOB NYC Licensed Superintendent certification
- 10-15 years of Project Superintendent experience
- Thorough knowledge of construction trades and respective union, nonunion and prevailing wage requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as site safety plans, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to safely navigate a construction site
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices
- Strong planning skills
- Understanding of construction equipment and local, state, and federal construction regulations
- Great problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective leadership abilities
- Organizational skills
- Block and plank experience
- Ground up experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant construction-related discipline
