Job Description
The Durable Slate Company is seeking a Roofer to join our team. We specialize in historic slate, clay-tile, and copper roofing and are known for our commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and preservation excellence.
Requirements
- Experience in slate, clay-tile, or copper roofing
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with no more than 4 points, pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
- Willingness and ability to travel to different job sites
- Desire for a long-term career in historic roofing and preservation
